Next Chapter Counselling Services is an entirely virtual practice which allows you to attend sessions from the comfort of wherever feels safe and private for you. Virtual sessions provide the same safe, confidential, and supportive space as in-person therapy. We use secure platforms to ensure your privacy and comfort. Whether it’s your first time in therapy or you’re continuing work you’ve already started, virtual counselling can make it easier to prioritize your mental health while fitting therapy into your life.
